Some sites charge a premium for shipping and "handling" on small orders by charging you more when you spend less and that is NOT our policy. Some sites also advertise "low" or free shipping, but in the end when you compare costs of the items themselves, they more than make up for the shipping "value" they offer. We believe everyone should be charged fairly for shipping as well as the merchandise, so we have a simple shipping policy for standard ground/US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail Shipping:

  • For orders under $20, shipping is a flat $5.99
  • For orders $20-$49, shipping is a flat $8.99
  • For orders $49 and up, shipping is based on standard rates and shipping will be calculated at the time you check out.
  • Some items may be excessively heavy and will have a separate shipping fee. If an item has a separate shipping fee, it will be noted in the description.

Merchandise is shipped from Louisville, Kentucky and will arrive in most locations in 2-4 days when shipped by ground or US Postal Service. We prepare your shipment as soon as possible after receipt of your order and in most cases we have the shipment ready within 24 hours and often times, within the first hour. However, carriers are not open 24 hours so your item will not begin it's journey until the next business day if ordered after about 3:00PM each day. Please remember the Post Office does not guarantee delivery times on any First Class or Priority Mail package. Although 99% of packages arrive within 2-4 days, we occasionally have packages take as long as 10-12 days or more when using the US Postal Service. You can track your order by logging into your account, simply click the "My Account" link at the top of any page.

If shipping by UPS, we have the luxury of having the main UPS hub located just a few minutes from our warehouse and items should arrive at any location as scheduled, depending on the type of shipping you choose at checkout. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before noon and your order may ship the same day when placed after noon depending on our order fulfillment load. We also often drop shipments off to the US Post Office on Saturdays. We simply cannot state how important it is to us that you have chosen to do business with UKFanStore.com and we will always strive to ship as soon as possible to meet or exceed your expectations. Please remember that UKFanStore.com can only guarantee we will maintain our practice of shipping items as promised, but we CANNOT guarantee the quality of the carrier and their ability to deliver timely so we are not responsible for items that ship on time as promised but the carrier fails to deliver timely.

Tracking, Delivery and Receipt of Items
We ship all items using a tracking number provided by the carrier, such as the U.S. Postal Service or UPS.  You can track your shipment by logging into your account and viewing your order details on our website.  In the event your shipment shows it has been delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you will need to check with the carrier regarding the shipment and where they may have left the package.  We have sometimes had items delivered to the incorrect address by the carrier and even our stock items from vendors have been delivered to the wrong address and we experience this ourselves.  Our recommendation is to make every effort to contact the actual carrier that delivered the package because they usually remember where they left it.  In the case of UPS deliveries, they do not usually share this but when they scan the packages at the point of delivery with their hand-held tablet, the delivery information is time/date stamped as well as with GPS coordinates so they can track EXACTLY where they left it.  If you talk to UPS regarding a delivery problem, you often times have to press them to let you talk to a local supervisor because their operators can only tell you what they see in their computer system whereas a local supervisor will do much more to resolve the issue.  With the U.S. Postal Service, if you are unable to catch your mail carrier, you sometimes have to call your local Post Office and ask for the supervisor to find the package.  Remember, once we ship a package and the package shows delivered, we will do all we can to help you provide information to the carrier to find the package.  We are not responsible if the carriers make a mistake and the best way to ensure you receive the package is to request a "signature required delivery" which may incur additional fees.


Tailgate Gear and Heavy Items
Some tailgate gear and other heavy items will have separate shipping fees and may ship separately. Some of these items are shipping directly to you from the manufacturer to reduce overall price and shipping time. We are unable to check availability for items from Logo Chairs in real-time. These items are generally in-stock and ready to ship; however, if there is going to be a delay in shipping, we will let you know generally within 24 hours or less. Please read the description of the item for any special terms and conditions that apply.
