Logo Chairs, Inc. (“Logo”) has their own Terms and Conditions that apply to their products and those Terms and Conditions take precedence over our normal Terms and Conditions where applicable. Otherwise UKFanStore.com's normal Terms and Conditions apply. Please read this information carefully prior to ordering Logo items.
1. Items manufactured by Logo are drop-shipped directly to the customer from Logo Chairs. Your order will be placed with Logo within 24 hours of the order being placed with UKFanStore .com. Since we cannot maintain real-time inventory checks with Logo, we will accept your order and notify you if there will be any delays in shipping. Logo typically ships within three (3) working days from the time they receive your order from UKFanStore .com. Logo ONLY ships FedEx Ground service so Logo cannot guarantee delivery times. When ordering, you should still select US Postal Service or UPS for shipping even if the order does not contain items other than Logo merchandise and shipping charges will be calculated for you automatically. Upon receipt of the order, we will ship the remaining non-Logo items via the method you choose and the Logo merchandise will ship via FedEx Ground. Items shipping from logo will have a separate shipping charge that will be reflected in the shopping cart at the time of checkout. Items shipping from Logo are excluded from our free shipping offers of orders over $99.
2. Logo MUST be notified of any damaged items or shortages of orders within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to do so may result in your inability to return the item for replacement and UKFanStore.com will not be held liable. You must notify Logo directly and not UKFanStore.com. 3. Manufactures defects and warranty claims are handled directly with Logo. Logo warrants all items from Manufacturer defects for six months from purchase. Call Logo direct at 615-261-2100.
4. Under no circumstances will Logo ship items for replacement prior to receiving the original item for inspection, regardless of the reason for the exchange.
5. In the event you make a typographical error or provide the incorrect address, there will be a surcharge of $10 per box for re-issuing the shipment. |
