The most common problem we encounter is that our credit card processor Authorize.net will not accept the transaction because of an Address Verification System error. This means that either your billing address on your credit card statement does not match what you entered OR Authorize.net rejected it because something did not match up correctly with your credit card issuing bank. Sometimes this results in the issuing bank telling you (the customer) that the charge was approved and possibly that you were charged multiple times, but this is not correct information. If this happens, your bank authorized the transaction but our merchant declined it because something did not match. Unless you receive an email from us indicating that you were charged and your order was complete, WE DO NOT charge your account. While we realize this can be an annoying hassle, these measures are necessary to protect our customers from fraudulent charges. It does not entirely prevent fraudulent charges, but it does help reduce the chances of that happening. Some recommended solutions include:
1. Try a different credit/debit card if available. Often times we find if you are declined when trying Visa or Mastercard, American Express will work fine and vice-versa.
2. Pay with PayPal at checkout rather than online credit card. Remember, you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. When you get to the PayPal login screen, right below the login area, there is a link to pay without a PayPal account.
If you receive an order confirmation from us with an order number that begins with UK- then your order was accepted and you will receive another email with tracking information as soon as it ships. If you have any questions regarding your order after you have placed it, simply email us for the fastest response at email@example.com
